My work is grounded in attachment theory—the understanding that humans are hard-wired for connection, and that our relationships shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us.

Over time, we develop patterns in how we respond to conflict, closeness, vulnerability, and stress. These patterns often begin as ways to protect ourselves and make sense of our experiences, even when they no longer serve us.

In relationships, leadership, and everyday interactions, these patterns can lead to cycles of disconnection, misunderstanding, and emotional distance—even when there is care and commitment.

Using an attachment-based approach, I help people identify the underlying patterns driving these experiences so they can respond differently, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
